Our investor-backed company, Land Club, is pioneering a new type of communityrural recreational retreats called Land Clubs on beautiful scenic properties around the world, starting in Northern California. These small communities consist of thoughtfully designed cabins and outdoor amenities in exceptional locations. The projects offer a mixture of ownership (including an innovative new type of fractional ownership you'll help pioneer) and hospitality options. Our first sites are in Sutter Creek, CA and North Lake Tahoe, CA (Donner Summit).
We're seeking an experienced, thoughtful real estate attorney to join our team. This person must have the following qualities:
- Experience in real estate law (corporate law is also helpful)
- A resourceful person great at figuring things out when navigating new business models
- Excitement about Land Club and the potential to become part of our dynamic team
- An entrepreneurial spirit to take a little risk helping build an amazing company together with one foot in real estate and another in technology.
This can start part-time and develop into a full-time opportunity.
