We are a busy personal injury law firm looking for an individual that has at least 10 years of experience.
Duties:
Provide administrative support to lawyer and legal professionals
Perform data entry and file management tasks
Draft letters and correspondence
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent ‘people’ skills and ability to remain calm and focused under stress
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and maintain organization
Ability to multitask and work in an environment with deadlines
Compensation: Depending on experience
Employment type:
Hybrid position with 2 days in the office (required)
25 hours per week, which can increase depending on workload
