We are currently accepting resumes for a Law Clerk (full-time or part-time) for civil litigation firm in Sacramento. Our firm represents clients in matters ranging from contract disputes to complex civil litigation in California and other jurisdictions.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Conducting legal research; drafting memos, letters, pleadings, discovery and court documents; document review and analysis.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE: Must have completed first year of law school; legal research experience required;
prior law clerk experience in a litigation firm preferred (but not required); excellent legal and professional skills (including knowledge of calendaring, legal terminology, etc.).
OTHER INFORMATION: Hourly Wage Depending on Experience; Hybrid work schedule in office and remote will be allowed after appropriate training period.
