This position will involve independently handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, court appearances, taking/defending of depositions, trial preparation, and trial work. We offer a unique compensation package ($200k+) – including both a competitive base salary, as well as productivity/performance-based bonuses.
We are based in Lafayette and have an office in San Francisco. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Job requirements:
Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and evidence.
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement demands, and mediation briefs.
Experience working with clients directly.
Trial experience.
Ability to independently identify issues and to litigate strategically.
Strong legal and factual investigation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Admitted to practice in the state of California.
