Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal

Adams and Martin Group is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal with 8+ years of experience to join a boutique firm in Sacramento, CA. This is a hyrbid position 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Must be located in Sacramento, CA and be a certified paralegal. Job Description: - Paralegal certificate and a minimum of 8 years' experience with corporate and real estate procedures in a law firm setting required- Extensive knowledge of filings with Secretary of State and all aspects of incorporation/dissolution of corporations and partnerships- Drafting experience with Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, organizational minutes, governmental filings, UCC filings, stock certificates, and Certificates of Limited partnerships- Knowledge of general securities law and experience working on commercial real estate closings from start to finish- Strong research skills, proficiency in Adobe PDF Pro, Excel, and MS Office applications required- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills essential- Solid work ethic, impeccable attendance, punctuality, ability to work independently and as part of a team, positive attitude, ability to set priorities, work under pressure, and establish rapport with attorneys and clients necessary- Candidates must possess a paralegal certificate and the required minimum experience to be consideredSalary Range: $90,000-120,000All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard torace, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
