Solo Practitioner looking for attorney to help with busy law firm that handles real estate litigation; probate; personal injury and family law.
Responsibilities will include preparing and responding to pleadings such as complaints, answers, demurrers, discovery and drafting legal correspondence. Occasional court appearances will be required (most by zoom or telephonic).
Looking for the following:
1. J.D. preferably with active California bar license
2. General knowledge of civil litigation
3. Must live in Greater Sacramento area.
Flexible Schedule: Full time or Part time/Contract.
Location: Required to be in Folsom office at least two days per week.
