Law firm in Windsor, CA & West Sacramento, CA committed to providing high quality immigration services to the community. We are currently looking for an entry level attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid position based out of the West Sacramento, CA office. The ideal candidate will be conversational in Spanish.
Job Duties:
Manage & represent clients in USCIS interviews, guardianship hearings, and immigration court.
Prepare and file necessary applications, legal briefs, and motions with immigration agencies and courts.
Work effectively in case management system (Docketwise).
Conduct client intake consultations.
Compensation:
Starting at $105,000
10 days paid vacation
