Rivera Hewitt Paul LLP (RHP) is seeking a civil litigation attorney in Gold River, CA (Greater Sacramento) with at least 3-6 years’ experience in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trials. Public entity defense, including civil rights/law enforcement and/or employment law experience preferred. Appellate experience preferred but not required. Candidate should demonstrate strong research, writing and oral communications skills, and be self-motivated to handle case assignments and conduct trials with minimal supervision.
