Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law and a strong desire to advocate for clients' rights. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Assist in trial preparation and attend court hearings.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Analyze and summarize medical records and other evidence.
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
1-3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:
