For over 30 years, Custom Fit, Inc has been the custom window covering expert in the greater Sacramento area. We are looking for someone to join our team of installers.
Blind and Shutter Installer:
Must be energetic, hardworking, a people person.
Hours vary depending upon work load.
Work involves window covering installation in new home sites, and re-models.
Daily work hours 6:30+/- am until jobs are completed.
Experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Raises and bonuses based on performance.
Potential to advance to supervisor/manager position.

Customer service skills.
Good with basic hand/power tools.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Takes initiative.
Organized.
Timely.
Great communication skills.
Must be fluent in English.
Clean DMV record.
Pass drug test.
Able to work well in a team with co-workers.
Able to work independently and efficiently.
Able to manage and direct a crew.
Crew meets at the Folsom business location in the morning and takes work vehicles to job sites.
