Lundberg is currently seeking 6-8 seasonal farm workers (laborers and equipment operators), to assist with our upcoming harvest. Positions will be split between Woodland and Richvale area. The season is projected to begin in mid September for Woodland and early October for Richvale.
Farm Laborer will perform manual labor in various areas of crop production including irrigation, weed eating, equipment maintenance, and cleaning. This position operates farm equipment during the planting and harvest seasons as required.
Equipment Operators will performs manual and skilled work in various areas of crop production including equipment operation, setup, and maintenance. This position operates farming equipment during the growing season, and assists with the maintenance of farm equipment. The Equipment Operator may also perform farm labor as required.
Requirements
1 year of rice or row crop production
Must maintain a valid CA driver’s license or in the state of residency and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Knowledge of Organic Farming Practice preferred
