RENOVATION SUPERVISOR wanted to oversee mid-to-large scale apartment renovation projects across our communities in the greater Sacramento area.

FULL-TIME - STABLE COMPANY - GREAT TEAMS - BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES

The Lewis Group of Companies, a large, well-respected developer in in the greater Sacramento area seeks an experienced Renovation Team Supervisor to oversee mid-to-large scale apartment renovation projects across communities in the greater Sacramento area, including Roseville, Antelope, Vacaville, Natomas, and Tracy.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. On-call requested occasionally.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a renovation or Maintenance Supervisor role.

- Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry, including experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical,

and HVAC.

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Record of attention to detail and ability to maintain organization.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company golf carts.

NOTE: Drug/background will be required. Valid drivers license required.
