Job Summary:
A Commercial Pressure Washer Operator is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks using high-powered pressure washing equipment. Primary duties are to operate a pressure washer to ensure cleanliness and safety at the commercial sites. The individual will have knowledge and understanding of maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial-grade pressure washers to clean exterior surfaces such as building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, parking garages, dumpster enclosures, driveways and other areas as assigned.
Uphold standards when pressure washing hard surfaced areas and other designated area according to schedule and guidelines.
Prioritize and effectively complete pressure washing services while following the allocated time scheduled for each property.
Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and detergents to effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants.
Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards or maintenance concerns to management.
Inspecting equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisor and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work.
Adhering to environmental regulations and best practices for waste disposal and water conservation.
Utilize company technology, resources and software tools for communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment preferred.
Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical equipment desirable
Experience of cleaning techniques, detergents, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required to work a graveyard position.
Clear driving record. (Motor Vehicle Record required)
Ensuring safety protocols are always followed.
