TRI Property Management Services, Inc, is currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive individual who is looking to join our team. We are currently seeking an individual to fill a Part Time Porter/Maintenance Technician position for a 200-space mobile home park in Sacramento, CA. The right Candidate must be highly skilled, motivated with a positive attitude, self-starter that can work independently and as a team.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-16 hours per week

Job Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle

Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliances repair experience a plus

Key and lock replacement

Ability to participate in resident functions and work overtime when required

Experience in mobile homes a plus

Must be able to speak, read and write in English

Job Duties:

Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Clean grounds, office, clubhouse and all other common areas

Perform service requests for clubhouse and amenities

On-call service for after-hours emergencies

Participate in the competitive bid process with vendors for all property needs

Delivering rent statements to homeowner's doors

Perform minor landscaping repairs

Complete online training

Audit and maintains accurate inventory on a bi-monthly basis including control of tools, equipment and supplies

Continuously update all pool, leak, maintenance and repair logs

Other duties as required by Community Director and Regional Manager
