Job Description:
Advanced is looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician to work across multiple properties. Responsibilities include handling work orders, performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing full unit turns. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, light plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
Repairs: Perform timely and professional repairs on apartments and common areas, including light plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Unit Turnover: Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 yearsof experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
Technical Skills: knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance techniques.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical labor, and work in various environmental conditions.
