- Execute ground mount installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and effective solutions for our clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project details and timelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Electrician's License (Journeyman Level)
- Tesla Certification (required)
- Proven experience in solar installations and electrical upgrades
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
