WAL, an affordable housing community for artists, located in Downtown Sacramento, is seeking a permanent, full-time Janitor/Repair Tech.
Duties include, but are not limited to, responding to minor repair requests by tenants, turning apartments, painting, light landscaping, yardwork, coordinating repairs with 3rd party vendors and general cleaning of apartments and the grounds.
This in an hourly position and pays $18.00 per hour. The Janitor/Repair Tech reports directly to the onsite manager and our area manager.
Discounted housing may be offered at 90 days of employment, at current CTCAC rates, depending on applicant’s qualifications and availability.
Hiring is contingent on passing a background check.
