Delivery / Warehouse Associate – $20+ per hour depending on experience + Tips + Benefits
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Schedule: Wed–Sat, 9am-5pm (No evenings, Sundays off) This position is 80% delivery & setup / 20% warehouse.

We’re a small, family-owned established business specializing in eco-friendly, high-quality mattresses and hardwood bedroom furniture. We are seeking a motivated, hard working, reliable, strong, ethical and customer-friendly person to join our team. You will work with your teammate to deliver and set up our specialty mattresses, bed frames and high-end solid wood bedroom furniture in customers' homes and assist in the productive operation of our warehouse. This position is 80% delivery & setup / 20% warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Receive our mattresses from our factory
Receive and inspect shipments from our key furniture companies
Load/unload our company trucks
Deliver and set up our mattress systems and deliver blanket-wrapped furniture in customers' homes in the greater Sacramento area, Central Valley, Sierra Foothills and Lake Tahoe/Reno areas.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Operate forklift (certification a plus but will train), pallet jack, basic tools, power tools
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 70 lbs regularly
Friendly, professional, and punctual
Verifiable clean driving record & valid CA driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Handy with tools — and willing to learn
Physically fit and okay working in all weather
