Qualifications

Experienced in working in dusty conditions and navigating uneven terrain.

Comfortable operating in tight or elevated spaces, such as scaffolding and crawlspaces.

Willingness to follow directions and complete required tasks.

Must possess essential carpentry tools: tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Foundational understanding of construction practices and job site organization.

Positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for team members.

Basic knowledge of safety and health protocols, with ongoing training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation activities, such as trench digging.

Work methodically and take responsibility for your tasks.

Communicate ideas and information clearly; show curiosity and resourcefulness.

Ensure safety for yourself and your team members.

Help secure the job site, safeguarding personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle based on site needs, contingent on a clean motor vehicle report.

Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
