Looking for TWO helpers ! a hard focused Labor Person Just Basic Yard Labor , mostly general labor , $16/hour and also maybe a Carpenter Handyman who can frame , knows tools , has decent basic carpentry/construction skills for a few small projects would be helpful ! Can't afford much in pay right now , but , " bonuses, and will teach real estate investment .
No drugs, must have integrity, honest, and have some extra time.
Usually 4 - 5 hours day / three or four days a week .
