Position: Assistant
Job Description: As an Assistant here at True Line you will be responsible for providing support to our management team. The right person will be working initially indirectly with subcontractors during the bidding and construction process, and collaborating with our field managers on RFI's and change orders during build out. There is also a level of production including procurement and logistics involved as True Line self performs portions of the work on our jobs. This position will work indirectly with clients, architects, engineers, and report directly to the Lead Project Manager.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years construction office experience
-Some ability to read and comprehend project specifications and design drawings
-Detail oriented and organized
-Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office, Excel, and PDF editing.
-Experience with management/drawing software such as BuilderTrend, AutoCad, Bluebeam, Procore, etc is a plus. (we can train)
-Applicant must be a self starter with ability to work independently or with a team
-Strong problem solving skills
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Positive attitude
-College courses including Construction Management is a plus
