Our business is growing and we need you! We are an established manufacturing company in the automotive industry and an online parts retailer that is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Assembly Team Member.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our assembly team as an Assembly Team Member. As a member of our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in assembling and manufacturing our high-quality products. You will work closely with a team of professionals and contribute to ensuring the timely completion of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Assemble components and parts accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance and identify any defects or deviations from specifications.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues.

Assist with inventory management by ensuring accurate documentation of materials used and reporting any discrepancies.

Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide suggestions for process enhancements.

Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands.

Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the team and contribute to a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred, but not required

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
