Seeking full-time direct care provider to assist adults who have intellectual disabilities.
Full-time, Part-time and weekend shifts available.
Undergo federal and state fingerprint background check
Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral supports to the individual in accordance with their Individual Program Plan (IPP) and training using a person-centered approach
Assist with behavioral intervention and daily planning for individual.
Assist with physician ordered care including medications, special diets, and other physical
needs.
Provide assistance to client in basic self-help skills
(Bathing and some Incontinence), daily living skills, adaptive living skill areas, and implement training skill programs.
Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities would be useful but not required for anyone that is passionate about making a difference
