We are a 100% fee-for-service dental office in Carmichael, CA, seeking an experienced general or pediatric dentist to join our team. Our practice is growing quickly and is highly appreciated by our patients for our compassionate care and ethical approach.
This position is flexible — we are open to part-time or full-time, or starting part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
What we’re looking for:
A compassionate, ethical dentist who prioritizes patient well-being
Comfortable treating patients of all ages
Excellent chairside manner and interpersonal skills
Experience in a fee-for-service or private practice setting preferred
Fluent or conversational in Russian or Ukrainian is a big plus
Must be someone who is well-liked and trusted by patients
No pressure to oversell—just great care and strong relationships
