We are a thriving private, general dental practice in Vacaville looking for just the right person to join our friendly front office team. This is a great FULL TIME (4 or 5 days/wk)
Below are some specifics that would make you a great fit with us:
Dental experience serving in a variety of front office roles
Highly motivated, sales oriented person who understands the value of the “patient experience”
General understanding of how to productively schedule, actively develops patient retention, patient reactivation, plans patient appreciation events, and practice expansion
Exceptional communication skills—both conversationally and written—with the ability to present and convert treatment plans
Competency in PPO insurance prequalification, insurance billing, and collections
Successful track record of working independently and problem solving
Strong desire to be an integral part a team.
