Job Title: Community Care Manager

Responsibilities include the following and not limited to.
Answer directly to the Chief Executive Officer
Management Meeting's
Able to accept rejection
Able to accept constructive criticism in a positive manner
Marketing the agency and the services we provide
Bringing on clients for the agency
Connecting with referral partners
Participate in different community events
Bring ideas and suggestion to the team
Assessments and be willing to do assessments sometimes outside of your scheduled work hours if needed; including weekends
Quality Assurance Visits
Speak with different businesses and industry professionals about our COMPANY
Be a Community Liaison with different organizations on behalf of the company
Company team meetings
Follow up on potential referrals
Attend health fairs, OAC meetings, mixers etc.
Be mindful of the company's time and market on a daily basis
Know how to make the best of what you have and have fun doing so
Enjoy working as a team player, be positive, motivating, respectful and uplifting
We are looking to hire a marketer that has a background in the field of in-home care or assisted living. Someone that knows how to build relationships out in the community, a peoples' person, good communicator, has good management skills, knows how to manage their own time and bring in referrals and business for the agency. This positions requires you to be outgoing, creative, energetic, a positive reflection and influence that represents the agency, strong teamwork and leadership skills, open-minded, confident, dedicated and reliable.
