In our office, the doctor focuses on clinical care, while the front office keeps patients on track with their care plans. Your primary role will be to manage patient finances, ensuring a smooth and supportive process. While teamwork is essential, the primary need is someone who is comfortable with numbers, has the ability to explain financial details with clarity and empathy, and can manage administrative tasks with professionalism and care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Explain care plans to patients and address any concerns with compassion, ensuring a clear and stress-free payment process (we do not use high-pressure sales tactics).
- Accurately track patient payments, charges, and financial records.
- Follow up on outstanding balances, collaborating with patients to resolve any issues (we do not bill medical insurance; we work exclusively with Med-pay, which is straightforward to manage—we provide in-house training).
- Enter office expenses, manage supplies, and oversee general office tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and promoting office events and talks.
- Support the front office team in resolving non-medical issues, ensuring the doctor can focus on patient care.
- Assist with teaching patient exercises and setting them up for therapies as needed.
- Coordinate with the doctor and team to manage scheduling and office hours effectively.

Our office operates Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Your hours can be flexible based on your needs, and we offer double coverage, so there is room for flexibility in scheduling.
The starting salary is $21 per hour, with the potential to increase to $28 per hour based on experience. Bonuses begin at 1% of collections after we reach a base threshold (currently $30k), and the percentage increases as further benchmarks are met.
