Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speaking Caregiver

We are looking to add two talented Carestaff to our memory care home. This ideal candiate should be aware with basic dementia care needs, but we will be training new hires per our policies. Often time in Dementia, resdients can become confused, emotional, aggresive and combative. We are looking for someone that understand our resdients can not controll these unwanted behaviors and we want to ensure our resdients are provided with compassion and respect. 3p-9pm shifts full time, and AM 6a-2p/ 10a-6p shifts are strongly needed.
