Midtown Bar looking for PT Bar Lead

Midtown bar is needing a part time bar lead to assist with higher level needs on occasion. We need someone with ample bartending experience as well as management/leadership experience. You will fulfill a variety of roles including scheduling, inventory, reporting inventory needs to other staff members, bar-tending, ensuring staff is maintaining high level of standards/cleanliness at the venue. The owner of this bar travels on occasion and needs leadership/management while they are away. While owner is not traveling, bar lead will be scheduled as a bartender at a different pay-rate. While acting as bar lead, staff member will receiver a higher pay rate.
