Fourk Kitchen in Folsom is looking for a part-time Restaurant Manager to lead a small 4-person team in a unique prix fixe 4-course menu restaurant. Fourk is reservation only and opens four days a week with one seating per night of roughly 30 people. Fourk looks to create a casual but slightly elevated and personal dining experience. Our menu changes monthly. Workdays are four days a week Wed-Sat from 3-9 pm. Compensation is a base salary of $16hr plus a share of our service charge. The average hourly rate is $30-$50hr If you want to make some decent money and are looking for work-life balance, this job is for you!

Job Description

- Monitor all guest's reservations and respond to emails and phone call inquiries

- Help set and manage expectations of the restaurant team

- Provide timely and balanced feedback to team members

- interact with guests and serve food and wines with outstanding guest service

- Monitor and post content on social media platforms

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of the house

- Ensure all health department standards are being met

- Work with Executive Chef/Owner on wine list and food pairings

- Organize and execute private events

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience is required

- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

- Must have amazing guest service skills and problem-solving ability

- Basic wine knowledge is required
