Seeking Experienced Barista/Counter Worker for Busy Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, and cocktails with consistency and precision.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment and machines.
Take customer orders, manage cash register transactions, and ensure accurate order processing.
Provide friendly and efficient service to our diverse clientele.
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 or older.
Previous experience as a barista or counter worker in a busy cafe or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Strong knowledge of cocktails and alcohol preferred.
