Responsibilities include
Follows recipes to prepare menu items, including preparation for following days.
Ensures that menu items are prepared with the highest quality possible.
Able to carefully read and execute orders according to menu and modifications to ensure they are correct.
Participates in the daily operations of the business.
Completes established pre-opening and closing duties as instructed.
Ensure that communication between front of the house and back of the house is optimal to maximize customer experience and minimize errors.
Performs some janitorial work.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must take direction well.
Works under immediate supervision, reporting to the team leader.
Keeps Kitchen and Counter area clean.
Requires working on feet for long periods of time.
Adheres to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.
Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
Qualifications:
able to lift 50 lbs.
