LINE COOK
Our line cooks are important, valued members of our team.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing food on the salad & grill line;
- Food preparation;
- One year line cook experience required;
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, baking, ingredients, equipment and procedures;
-Proficient in knife handling;
- Comply with all nutrition and sanitation regulations, safety standards, food handling procedures and food holding temperatures;
- Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces;
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and regularly lift up to 50lb;
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time;
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;
- Positive attitude, reliability, consistency, good teamwork and willingness to learn; &
- Food Handlers Certification
Position Type: Full-time (38-40 hours a week)
Hours: Friday Through Tuesday Days. Shifts subject to change during special events & holidays.
