Position details:
-Making menu items to order
-Assembling orders from walk-in customers as well as phone & online orders
-Communication with service staff ensuring accuracy & quality
- Jointed Cue Billiards is known for excellent food and we have regular customers who expect consistency that we have had for the 50+ years we have been here.
-Lite prep duties
-Working with management to maintain stock of all back of house supplies; ingredients
-Daily cleaning tasks
-Following food safety protocol at all times
-Provide excellent customer service- this is an open kitchen!
We offer made-to-order counter/diner food (burgers, fries, shakes, sandwiches, etc.) and also daily breakfast. We ask for at least 1 year of food preparation experience and will consider bringing someone with less experience in if you are hard-working and desire to learn. Must have a valid California Food Handler Card and CA RBS certificate (can be done once hired but both are MANDATORY).
$18 an hour plus tips, a shift meal and free pool time (off shift, of course). Great work environment - our staff loves to work here! Regular paychecks come weekly.
