Are you passionate about crafting great food and being part of a fast-growing, community-driven brewery in Northern California? Fieldwork Brewing Company in Sacramento is hiring line cooks and pizza makers to join our talented kitchen team.
At Fieldwork, we serve up handcrafted Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas alongside our award-winning, ever-rotating craft beverages. We focus on seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and high standards—driven by passionate people who love what they do.
Founded in Berkeley in 2015, Fieldwork Brewing has quickly become a standout in California’s craft beer and culinary scene. At our Sacramento taproom, we bring that same energy, creativity, and commitment to every plate and pour.
What We’re Looking For:
-Weekend and holiday availability is a must
-Experience in high-volume kitchens and high-integrity food programs
-A passion for hospitality and crafting an exceptional guest experience
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and digital
-Openness to learning and feedback
-Enthusiasm for craft beer and food culture
-Knowledge of safe food handling practices
-Experience with handmade pizza is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead with a team-first mindset
Skills & Qualifications:
-Solid problem-solving and teamwork abilities
-Dependable and able to follow SOPs
-Commitment to Fieldwork’s mission, values, and quality standards
-Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
-Familiarity with labor and safety compliance
-Prior kitchen experience preferred; pizza-making experience a plus
-Must be 21+ and hold a valid food handler's card
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
-Professional under pressure with a customer-first attitude
