Would you like to come work for one of the fastest-growing breweries in Northern California? Fieldwork Brewing Company is looking for line cooks/pizza makers. We are an exceptional brewery paired with an exceptional food program that focuses on handmade Neapolitan-style & Detroit-style pizza, seasonal menu items, and locally sourced ingredients, all powered by passionate people.

Weekend/Holiday availability required.

Please have experience with a high volume environment, high integrity food business.

Is passionate about hospitality and contributing to our guest experience

Has excellent verbal and electronic communication skills

Open to learning and constructive criticism

Has a passion for the craft beer and food industry

Has a clear understanding of safe food handling and practices

Has working knowledge of handmade pizza making and a desire to learn

Must be customer-oriented, display effective leadership, and be able to balance multiple projects at one time.

Working knowledge of labor and safety standards and laws

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a valid food handler's card

Possess an awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.

Able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.)

Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for an entire shift.

Able to work in crowded and confined spaces.

Able to maintain excellent customer service and a professional appearance suitable for guest interaction while working under pressure.
