Family owned breakfast and lunch establishment is looking for a new leader for our front of house operations. This position is for someone that has at least 3 years server experience and has experience or interested in taking a leadership role of the front staff as well. Job resposibilities are as follows
Direct and coordinate operations, service, restaurant environment, and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate activities between front of house and kitchen/dishwash areas.
Prepare staff scheduling for front of house and some coordination with dishwasher scheduling.
Provide leadership and coaching to management in areas of hiring, training, coaching and motivating employees in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Placing ads for open front of house positions
Work at least 5 days a week, 6 days available if ambitious
Oversee doordash errors and help with disputes
Handle any issues that arise with the clover POS system and equipment and contacting customer service
Print specials for upcoming week/weekends
Prepare starting money bags for upcoming days. Make bank deposits when needed.
Prepare weekly front inventory lists
Additional Activities & Responsibilities - Performing these tasks will result in higher compensation
Lead the design, implementation, and integration of new and existing training programs, operations manuals, continuing education, assessments, resources, processes, and initiatives that establish a brand wide culture of continuous learning
Monitor and post social media presence. (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and any other)
