DRIVER/LINE COOK (Weekdays and Weekends, Lunch and Dinner Shifts)
Driver/Cook Job Description:
Responsible for the overall operation and management of our food truck at local high-volume community and private events.
Work various lunch and/or dinner shifts in various locations throughout the week.
Prepare and present our menu with pride in a consistent manner to our loyal and growing customer base.
Capable of handling various tasks during fast paced service.
Coordinate and communicate with food prep personnel to assure proper inventory and quality standards are consistently maintained on the truck.
Ideal Candidates:
Must have some form of food/restaurant experience.
Must be willing to learn.
Must have a clean driving record, your own reliable transportation, and be comfortable and confident driving a 32ft food truck.
Must be flexible, reliable, mature, detail oriented, willing to learn and habitually on time
Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Must be physically able and willing to work in both the heat and the cold.
Possess a fun and professional attitude, able to communicate and work well with customers and fellow employees.
Be self-motivated and able to solve problems on the fly.
Capable and comfortable managing a small staff, communicating with the public and various venue personnel.
Cash Paid Daily - $18/Hour + Tips. (Our Drivers/Cooks average $23-$28/hr including tips)
