- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings.
- Ability to provide top-tier guest service in a fast-paced environment.
2. Bartender
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience.
- Proficiency in crafting high-quality cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends.
3. Host
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience.
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
