Fourk Kitchen in Folsom is looking for a Dishwasher. Fourk is a unique pre-fixe dining experience with just four courses of food and one seating per night, just four days a week. Pay averages between 19-21 per hour. Pay includes base pay of $16 hr plus 5% of our service charge. Candidates must work well with small teams, as we have just four team members. If interested, we will also train team members on food prep and cooking skills. Candidates need to identify with and embrace our mission and our team members core values

Job Duties:
- Assist Head Chef with the preparation of food
- Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Assists with the washing of dishes
- Completes opening and closing checklists daily

Work Hours:
Normal work hours are 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday – Saturday. Occasionally we have private events on off days that need to be worked. Avg work hours for the week are 18-25
