About the job:The Solutions Architect sets advanced technical and strategic direction for Red Hat’s partner enablement activities. This role as a Sr. Principal Account Solution Architect acts as a global subject matter expert, resolving critical challenges and guiding long-term innovation within Red Hat’s partner ecosystem.What you will do:

Define long-term strategic objectives for Red Hat’s partner ecosystem.

Act as a global subject matter expert, influencing enterprise-wide initiatives.

Resolve critical, high-impact technical and business challenges.

Guide the development of cutting-edge partner solutions and offerings.

Mentor and advise leaders within the technical community.

What you will bring:

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Professional Experience: 5+ years in roles such as sales engineering, consulting, or IT architecture, supporting strategic accounts (10+ years preferred)

Linux Expertise: A 5+ of experience working with Linux operating systems.

Virtualization Technologies: 5+ years of experience with virtualization technologies.

Containerization Platforms: Three years of experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: At least six months of experience in AI and ML domains a plus.

Candidate must be located in MST or PST time zone.

The salary range for this position is $260,330.00 - $429,590.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay TransparencyRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
