Recruitment of applicants and arranging interviews with the Account Manager
Direct communication with City clients and their staff
Management of schedule for their work site
Training compliance of security personnel
Quality assurance of services performed to client(s)
Payroll/Billing audits of hours worked
Advancement of company initiatives and performance-based metrics
Disciplinary oversight of personnel
Additionally, the Site Supervisor works directly with, and reports to, the Account Manager of the contract. Site Supervisor are required to complete all tasks required by the Account Manager pertaining to the contract’s needs and expectations. Site Supervisors may be on call as needed to meet operational demand.Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a current valid CA guard card
Must be able to perform all physical aspects pertaining to the job
Walking, scaling stairs, bending/twisting/reaching overhead
At least one year of supervisory experience and relatable job experience

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor .The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
