Regional Director of Student Finance(Leadership Experience Required)

Provide mentorship and coaching to all Directors of Financial Aid (DFA) within assigned RegionActing DFA when necessaryWorking closely with Financial Aid Management to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness interdepartmentallyAssist in the development of policies and proceduresProvide training and guidance when neededProvide assistance to Campus DFA’s in an effort develop goals and objectivesProvide strategic and effective reporting to ensure campuses are meeting key performance goalsRecruit, supervise, and oversee training of the financial aid staffResource managementSpecial projects for VP of SFSPay Range: 90k - 100k Depending on Leadership Experience within Student ServicesBusiness needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future
