Start your journey.As Regional Account Manager, you will play a meaningful role as we continue to grow and expand our client base within Egencia's Enterprise segment. The role will be responsible for handling a portfolio of corporate clients, develop strategic relationship with those clients, and growing the share of travel spend with Amex GBT Egencia. The Regional Account Manager will also need to show revenue growth, long-term profitability and client retention.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to global account managers) to develop and coordinate short and long-term business plans and other key strategies for program development and maturity.

Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support future product development initiatives

Build and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship by offering products and services that provides savings and improvements for the customer and additional revenue for Egencia

Conduct regular business review that measure progress towards travel program goals, and provide recommendations on further program improvements through a formal action plan

Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure a successful program launch

Collaborate and complete tasks and projects in a team-based environment and find opportunities to support them

Proficiencies:

Experience in account management, working in Corporate Travel industry a plus.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations

Comfortable working under pressure

Welcomes the challenge of a fast-paced changing environment

Demonstrated ability to understand, market and support online product

Ability to create, manage and deliver high caliber action plans

Strong communication skills to concisely communicate key issues and results in a manner appropriate to the audience

Ability to recognize changes in customer behaviors and take appropriate actions

Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills

Ability to travel 25-30%

LocationUnited States - Virtual LocationThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $88,500 to $183,500. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.This role is eligible for one of our Variable Incentive Plans, which award cash incentives for individual and/or team achievement. This role is also eligible to be nominated for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
