Estrada Consulting Inc is looking to hire Contact Centre Project Manager with the following given qualifications: Over two (2) years of experience in managing large scale customer support call centers with more than 50,000 calls per day.2. Over two (2) years of experience in implementing self-service customer tools using online and AI based technologies to improve customer support.3. Over two (2) years of experience in driving transformation of contact center programs at large organizations with at least 10,000 employees.4. At least twenty (20) years of professional work experience in the Technology Industry.5. At least fifteen (15) years of experience in management of large programs or businesses. A large program is defined as a program with a minimum estimated budget of $100M and/or a team size of over 150 people.6. At least fifteen (15) years of experience leading diverse teams.7. Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Information Technology, Engineering or Business).

Desired Qualifications:1. Over thirty (30) years of experience in the technology Industry.2. At least five (5) years of experience in managing large scale customersupport deployment with more than 150,000 calls or web queries perday.
