Estrada Consulting Inc is accepting candidates for the post of Project Manager with the following qualifications:
Senior Project Manager, PMP Certified Senior Project Manager Consultant Reports to the Project Director. Has full responsibility to manage the consultant team and oversee all aspects of the scope of work. Also, works collaboratively with client executives, program sponsor, state control agencies, and other contractors. Minimum Qualifications:This Classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior Lead PM of one or more large or complex IT projects. This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor’s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience. Additional Required ExperienceTwo (2) years of proven experience on State of California Information Technology (IT) projects in a leadership role over multidisciplinary teams that include technical and business staff and working with consultants and stakeholders (such as agency executives, contract managers, independent consultants, independent project oversight consultants, independent validation and verification consultants, state staff, and consultants).b) Leadership skills include being able to resolve conflicts, communicating, and writing clearly, having negotiating skills, being persuasive and leading teamsVacancy caducado!
