Project Controls Administration

o Run storeroom inventories in SAP.o Run capital reports and work breakdown structures in SAP.o Capitalization of project elements in SAP.o Capital Compliance scorecard gap analysis ownership (including Capitalization on time (COT), Idle Capital Work in Progress (CWIP), Use & Occupancy (U&O), Late Projects).o Capital Spares Management.o Owning capitalized overhead, construction operation cross charges, and balance reconciliations.o Retrieve asset register information.• Storeroom Inventory Supporto Create & update Functional Location for plant maintenance in SAP.o Create & update Master Material Number for storeroom parts inventory in SAP.• Requisitioningo Review the Statement of Work (SOW) for all new project requisitions.o Assists with vendor list management.o Enter capital and expense requisitions (including change orders & PO closures).o Understand the accounting framework and advise on requisitioning on proper charge allocation and sales tax liability.o Manage changes to suppliers and vendors (adding new or changes).• Works closely with Project Managers & Technical/Plant Managers to build, evaluate and optimize project & inventories.• Facilitate the weekly/bi-weekly project reviews.• Provide analysis & metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis.• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.• 3+ years of experience in Project Controls & Administration in manufacturing industry.• Good Administrative Skills.• Good understanding of Project cost structures.• Understanding of principles of capital vs. expense.• Knowledge of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs). Support to manage & create the CDAs.• Capability to learn maintenance, accounting, and purchasing systems.• Proficiency in handling SAP system.• Deep understanding of project costing & levers to optimize project cost.• Coordination with stakeholders (Project/Plant/Technical Managers, Engineering Vendors, OEM, Construction Contractors, etc.) & Team work.
