Senior Consultants will own follow up actions with client stakeholders and internal project team members/SMEs. Senior Consultants will answer questions on system design for client stakeholders, developers, testers and other project team members - they will act as the interpreters of system design documentation. Senior Consultants are expected to be able to conduct independent research/analysis of client program, policy and procedural documentation to inform system designs. Program/policy knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care subsidies, Long Term Supports and Services, Child Support, Child Welfare Housing/Rental Subsidies or Unemployment Assistance 3+ years experience working on an Agile SDLC project Previous Gov't Consulting experience
