We are continuously developing new answers for rail automation – often to questions that haven’t been asked yetPosition Overview:We are looking for a customer service-oriented Governance Administrative Support Specialist with initiative to support, tracking and documentation of company initiatives, governance, and business administration topics. This position will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, preparation of reports, preparation of presentations, and filing of documents. Emphasis on attention to detail is meaningful. Position will require strong interpersonal skills and effective communications skills to work across organizational boundaries to engage employee participation in a variety of programs. Position will also support preparatory activities associated with the department's business outreach activities and related documentation. A flexible schedule is needed to meet deadlines as required and to support a variety of internal and external events and workshops, including in person and virtually.You will support and perform assignments carried out by the Rolling Stock Business Governance Department, you'll work with employees at all levels on a variety of topics and prepare information and reports internal and external to Siemens Mobility, Inc. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle effectively and accurately data and reporting on a multitude of business-related topics. The role is in our Sacramento, California facility.What you will be doing:· Administrative and General Department Support· Program Administration· Share Point Administration· SAP experience· Fleet Management· Inventory tracking· Ordering supplies· SchedulingWhat you will need to be successful:· High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years exp· Microsoft OfficeFINAL CANDIDATE: DMV record screening is required as the individual filling the position will periodically be driving a fleet vehicle.Why Siemens Mobility?
