Together the hospital and residency program implemented a ground-breaking curriculum addressing the identification treatment and assistance of human trafficking victims and created a one-of-a-kind health clinic for victims the Human Trafficking Medical Home.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:The incumbent provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Current California RN license required
One (1) year of experience in the Emergency Room or a related field of nursing required
Current BLS ACLS & PALS certifications required (must be certified through the American Heart Association)
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Room or a related field
Current MICN ENPC TNCC and CEN certifications
